When performing a withdrawal on the BitTap platform, you may encounter various error messages indicating issues with the withdrawal process. These errors typically require you to check and adjust certain details before proceeding. Below are some common withdrawal error messages and their meanings:

1. “Insufficient Balance”

Your account balance is not sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount and the associated network fees. BitTap will deduct both the withdrawal amount and the network fees. If your balance is insufficient, the withdrawal request cannot be processed.

Solution: Check your account balance and ensure you have enough funds to cover both the withdrawal and the fees, or deposit more funds and try again.

2. “Invalid Address Format”

The withdrawal address you entered is not in the correct format, typically because the address does not match the selected blockchain network. For example, you may have selected the ERC-20 network but entered a TRC-20 address.

Solution: Verify that the withdrawal address is correct and ensure it matches the chosen network.

3. “Network Not Supported for Withdrawal”

The selected blockchain network does not support withdrawals for the chosen cryptocurrency. Some cryptocurrencies may only be withdrawn on specific networks.

Solution: Switch to a supported network for the withdrawal, or check which networks are supported for the selected cryptocurrency.

4. “Withdrawal Limit Exceeded”

The amount you are trying to withdraw exceeds BitTap’s withdrawal limits. Each user has specific withdrawal limits based on their identity verification level and VIP status.

Solution: Check your daily withdrawal limits and ensure the withdrawal amount is within the allowed range. If needed, increase your identity verification level to raise your limits.

5. “Amount Below Minimum Limit”

The withdrawal amount you entered is below BitTap’s minimum withdrawal threshold. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal requirement.

Solution: Verify the minimum withdrawal requirement and ensure your withdrawal amount meets or exceeds that limit.

6. “Wallet Under Maintenance”

The withdrawal service for the selected cryptocurrency is currently under maintenance or temporarily unavailable. During this time, you cannot process withdrawals.

Solution: Monitor BitTap announcements and wait until wallet maintenance is complete before attempting to withdraw.

7. “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Failed”

You were unable to complete the two-factor authentication process (such as SMS verification or Google Authenticator).

Solution: Ensure your 2FA method is functioning properly and that the verification code is correct. If necessary, restart your authentication app or rebind your 2FA setup.

8. “Blockchain Network Congestion”

The blockchain network is experiencing heavy traffic, causing delays in processing your withdrawal transaction.

Solution: You can wait for network congestion to decrease, or if the cryptocurrency supports multiple networks, try switching to a different network for the withdrawal.
