Common Issues with BitTap Withdrawals

1. I’ve Withdrawn Funds from BitTap to Another Platform/Wallet, but They Haven’t Arrived. Why?

When withdrawing funds from BitTap to an external wallet or trading platform, there are three main steps involved:

  • Submit Withdrawal Request on BitTap: You request a withdrawal on BitTap.
  • Blockchain Network Confirmation: The transaction is processed and confirmed by the blockchain network.
  • Funds Arrive at the Target Platform/Wallet: The funds are deposited into the target wallet or platform.

Typically, a transaction ID (TxID) will be generated within 30–60 minutes after submitting the withdrawal request. The TxID indicates that BitTap has successfully broadcast the transaction to the blockchain. However, the time it takes for the transaction to be completed depends on the blockchain network’s congestion and the confirmation requirements of the target platform.

Example

Suppose you withdraw 2 BTC from BitTap to your personal wallet. After BitTap confirms the transaction, a TxID will be generated, and you can track the transaction in the withdrawal history. At this point, the funds are “pending” and frozen until the blockchain confirms the transaction. If the target platform requires two network confirmations, you must wait for those confirmations before the funds appear in your wallet. Keep in mind that different platforms or wallets may require different numbers of confirmations, and network congestion may delay the transaction.

Notes

  • If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait for the network to process the confirmations.
  • If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, but the funds haven’t arrived in the target wallet, contact the support team of the receiving platform or wallet.
  • If a TxID has not been generated within six hours of your withdrawal request, contact BitTap support and provide a screenshot of your transaction details to help resolve the issue.

2. How to Check the Status of a Blockchain Transaction?

You can check the status of your transaction on the blockchain by following these steps:

  • Log in to your BitTap account and go to the [Assets] or [Wallet History] page to find your withdrawal record.
  • If the Status column shows “Under Review,” your transaction is still undergoing system or manual review.
  • If the Status column shows “Processing,” the transaction is pending blockchain confirmation.
  • If the Status column shows “Completed,” you can click on the [TxID] to view the transaction details on the blockchain explorer.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that the platform or wallet you are withdrawing to supports the cryptocurrency and blockchain network you are using. If you are unsure, verify with the target platform or wallet before making the withdrawal to avoid potential loss of funds, which may be unrecoverable.
