The BitTap Referral Program allows users to earn commission rewards by inviting others to register and trade. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for participating in the program:
1. User Eligibility in Restricted Regions
Certain users in specific regions are not eligible to participate in the BitTap Referral Program. This includes the following cases:
- Users residing in Singapore are ineligible to participate as either referrers or referees. If you move out of this region, you must submit new proof of residence, and upon approval, you will receive confirmation.
- BitTap FZE users are not eligible to participate and cannot be either referrers or referees.
- Due to legal restrictions, users residing in Israel are not permitted to join the referral program.
- Afghan users are ineligible to be referees. Additionally, users in other regions will not receive referral rewards if they invite someone from Afghanistan.
- Nigerian nationals or users residing in Nigeria are restricted from participating in BitTap’s referral program due to regulatory limitations.
- From October 8, 2023, under UK financial regulations, all UK users will be ineligible to earn any trading rewards.
2. Handling of Violations
If a user engages in any form of violation or abuse during their participation in the referral program, BitTap reserves the right to revoke the user’s eligibility and withdraw all commissions earned. The following actions will be considered malicious activity:
- Registering multiple accounts with the same IP address or device to earn extra rewards;
- Promoting referral links through phishing websites or other fraudulent methods;
- Posting referral link advertisements on search engines;
- Any other illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
BitTap reserves the right to determine if certain actions violate the program rules, and in the following cases, users will be automatically disqualified and ineligible for any rewards:
- Any breach of the platform’s Terms of Use and compliance requirements;
- Manipulating results or failing to meet the requirements outlined in the terms;
- Submitting false, inaccurate, or expired information, with legal consequences for users found to have forged documents;
- Registering or participating using automated tools, bots, repeat registrations, or other similar technologies will render the participation invalid.
3. Interpretation and Version Notes
All users must comply with BitTap’s Terms of Use. BitTap reserves the final right of interpretation for this program. In the event of any differences between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
BitTap reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice to users.
